Dororo (Film)

Yet another movie based on an Osamu Tezuka manga, this fares considerably better than the annoying MW. The special effects aren’t polished and some of the acting is questionable, but you’re willing to let that slide in favour of the fascinating story about the boy slaying demons to recover parts of his body and discovering why he was born that way.

The movie ended when a major arc was resolved, but it felt like there was more story available. I enjoyed the movie and would watch a sequel.
